The Play Buddy role is at the heart of Titter Totter, ensuring that every child and family experiences joyful, engaging, and meaningful play. Play Buddies actively interact with children and caregivers, lead activities, and foster a welcoming and dynamic environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who love working with young children, have a playful and energetic personality, and are committed to creating an enriching experience for families.
Required qualifications and Experience
| Education | High school diploma or equivalent (coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields is a plus). |

| Experience | Prior experience working with young children in a play or educational setting preferred. |
| Communication skills | Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. |
| Creativity and engagement |
Ability to lead interactive activities and games that enhance child development. |
| Child development knowledge |
Understanding of basic child engagement techniques and developmental play principles. |
| Teamwork and collaboration |
Works well in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment. |
| Certifications (preferred) | First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). |
| Flexibility | Available to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required. |
