The Receptionist role is at the heart of Titter Totter, ensuring that every client and visitor experiences a welcoming, engaging, and professional atmosphere. The Receptionist actively interacts with guests and team members, manages incoming communications, and helps coordinate activities that contribute to a seamless front desk operation. Additionally, this position involves handling workshop bookings, managing entrance procedures, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, and facilitating the sale of merchandise.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy creating positive first impressions, possess excellent organizational skills, and are dedicated to providing a supportive experience for all who enter our space. With a friendly demeanor and a focus on service, the Receptionist plays a key role in reflecting our company’s values and fostering a dynamic environment.
Required qualifications and Experience
| Education | High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework or certification in office administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred. |

| Experience | Prior experience working in a play area or educational setting, and customer service or reception role preferred. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills. |
