All children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents/guardians must provide accurate information regarding the child’s age, health, and emergency contact details.

Inventivity Ltd. reserves the right to request proof of identity or age.


Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to participation.

Children who are unwell or display symptoms of contagious illness may be refused entry for the safety of others.

In case of emergency, Inventivity Ltd. staff may administer first aid and/or seek professional medical assistance. Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.


Children must follow the instructions of Inventivity Ltd. staff at all times.

Inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior by the child or parent may result in immediate removal from activities without refund.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up. Late collections may result in additional charges.


While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation in physical and recreational activities involves inherent risks.

Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s participation and agree not to hold Inventivity Ltd. liable, except where liability is required by UAE law.


Inventivity Ltd. is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought to the premises.

Valuables should not be brought unless specifically required for an activity.


All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program or activity.

No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed activities, unless cancelled by Inventivity Ltd.


By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to photographs or video recordings of their child during activities for internal documentation and promotional purposes.

Parents/guardians may opt out by submitting a written request in advance.


Inventivity Ltd. is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.


Minors
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

Account Confidentiality
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.

Payments
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Cardholder Obligations
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Sanctions Compliance
Inventivity Ltd. will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement:

a. is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the Courts of which shall have exclusive jurisdiction; and

b. if any part or provision is determined by a Court to be invalid or unenforceable, all other parts and provisions shall still be given full legal force and effect.


Inventivity Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Parents/guardians and users are encouraged to frequently review this page to stay updated on any changes.

Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
